I need to make a galette! To clarify, you brush apricot jam over the dough *and* the exposed filling? Do you thin the jam with water, or just use it as-is?

Ohhhhh, I bet if I sprinkle brown sugar on sweet potato fries, my kiddo might try them . . . maybe. No doubt I'd scarf them right down; I lurve sweet 'taters!!
