Its Official - We are Moving!

I am so excited!  I have been wanting to write this post for weeks, no for months. 

Those of you who have read my blog for a while know that my husband was waiting for a new contract from the company he works for and we finally got the word that the contract is signed and we are moving to San Jose, Ca!   Yea!

I will be staying in So. Cal until after the holidays and Tom will be moving up the beginning of December. 

It has been nice staying in my hometown the last couple of months, visiting friends and family, but I am really happy to be going back North.  There is something about the rainy and foggy weather, the green hills, the forest and the ocean that tugs at my soul. 

I am really really excited to see some of my friends from Santa Cruz and to meet up with the Craftastic group in Santa Cruz.  They have some wonderful crafty meet ups and field trips to great craft fairs in San Fransisco and Monterey. 

Anyway, I just wanted to share the good news!  I cant wait to have a house I can pamper again, with a garden and a fireplace... oh I cant wait!

Yay! Congrats Tom and have fun house hunting. I am chomping at the bit to be able to begin looking for our new house.

I just adore living in the Bay Area and hope that you will love it as well. I've only been here two months but I have loved every second of it. We are currently in a rental so I do have itchy feet to own a house and make it my own but in the meantime I enjoy just living, crafting and thrifting.
